Not many artists can go from gracing the stage at New York’s legendary Blue Note with a full jazz band, to recording dance records with the likes of Nickodemus & No Regular Play as well as performing in front of thousands at Vienna’s Donauinselfest. STIMULUS does it effortlessly.

The Brooklyn born MC and DJ was discovered by Mark Ronson, who recorded and produced his first demo. Stimulus went on to release his debut solo MC project on Universal. Versatility describes his talents best. From Vogue’s designer of the year dinner to Le Bain to Nike’s open-air celebration of the World Basketball Championship’s in Turkey, Stim is always on point as a DJ.

In 2014 & 15, the Red Bull 3style finalist, laid down roots in his new hometown city of Berlin, where he became a resident DJ of the local Soho House, and continued touring in both Europe and the U.S. The highlights included main stage at the Dew Tour in Ocean City with Talib Kweli & Krewella, L’Boulevd Festival Morocco and another successful Spring Break tour in The Caribbean with The Scratch DJ Academy, Royal Caribbean, Absolut and Malibu. He followed up the success of his original music mix tape, 3rd 1st Impression, with his Stimmi Hendrix mixtape as well as releases on Wolf & Lamb, Nice Up Records and Wonder Wheel. Stimulus also dropped DJ mixes for Okayplayer, 93.6 Jam FM Berlin and 98.8 Kiss FM Berlin.

In 2016, Stimulus became a host for the Volkswagen Garage Sound web-series and interviewed Wiz Khalifa, and others, at Snoop Dogg’s compound during grammy-weekend in Los Angeles. He then returned to New York as a special guest on the legendary “Sway In The Morning” show, where he debuted his newest song “Hello Berlin.” Back in Europe, Stim hosted the Euro League slam dunk competition and earned residencies at 4 of Berlin’s premiere night clubs all while finding time to release features on Live From Earth and Agogo Records.
