Uncle Chip (Chip Fernandez) is a disc jockey currently based in Jersey City, NJ with over 20 years of experience behind the turntables. He is also a member and co-founder of the dj collective, The Elite Camp. Chip has been a fixture in New York City dj scene for many years, holding down residencies at such venues as Le Poisson Rouge, bOb Bar, Fat Buddha, Stay Lounge, The Skinny, Red Rooster, Friends and Lovers, as well as guest appearances in NYC staples such as APT and Santos Party House. He has also been one of the founders of parties such as More Than Enough, Sneaky Saturdays and Word is Bond. He has also participated in DJ battles such as DMC, The Guitar Center Spinoff, and Ahhyeah's Weekday Warriors.
